The highs and the lows
Fantastic restaurants just around the corner, beautiful grounds with vibrant plants and flowers. The hotel restaurant boasted delicious meals that made dining a highlight of my visit.
Room ventilation needs improvement since it was a bit warm at night, making it slightly uncomfortable during my stay.

The decor was charmingly Mexican, and the location was conveniently near fabulous eateries and sights. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was blissfully quiet. A delightful value for our stay!
But really, hot water should not be a game of chance, right? I was starting to think I signed up for an ice bath instead of a shower!

I stayed in a Double Room for 10 nights. The staff showed excellent customer service, helping me quickly move when my first room was too noisy. The second room was clean, bright, and had a comfortable bed. The hot shower worked perfectly, which was crucial for my comfort. The complimentary bottle of water daily was a nice touch. However, the initial room faced a dark courtyard, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The ventilation wasn't great either, making it stuffy. Also, the coffee situation was inconvenient. I had to leave the hotel to get a decent cup. Despite these hiccups, the location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions.
